1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
agecheck.pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution providing automated age estimation through proprietary analysis technologies. The Client and its end-users expressly acknowledge that:
- All results generated are probabilistic and based on algorithmic estimations.
- The Service provides age estimation analytics and does not perform deterministic identity verification or background checks.
- Absolute accuracy and universal regulatory sufficiency are not guaranteed.
3. PERMITTED USE AND COMPLIANCE
The Client agrees to:
- Use the Service exclusively for lawful business purposes and online platform safety.
- Comply with all regional and international regulations governing restricted goods, age-gated digital content, and controlled retail categories.
- Provide transparent disclosure and obtain necessary privacy consent from its website visitors and end-users regarding the use of estimation technology.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Utilizing the Service as the sole authentication method where local statutes explicitly require government ID or document-based verification.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the Service’s underlying logic.
- Transferring any legal or regulatory liability to DevScope arising from the Client’s operational decisions or website management.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND END-USER PRIVACY
The Client maintains sole and exclusive responsibility for:
- Evaluating if the Service meets the specific compliance and privacy requirements of its industry and jurisdiction.
- The correct implementation, technical configuration, and security of the Service within its own platform.
- The final decision to grant or deny access to its end-users based on the automated analysis output.
- Managing all customer relations and user inquiries regarding access restriction on their own website.
Note: DevScope assumes no responsibility for the Client’s internal business policies, data handling practices, or the resulting consequences of automated estimations on end-users.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” DEVSCOPE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
- GUARANTEES OF UNINTERRUPTED UPTIME, ZERO LATENCY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
- ASSURANCES OF TOTAL COMPLIANCE IN ALL GLOBAL JURISDICTIONS.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- DevScope LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, operational downtime, administrative penalties, or third-party claims.
- The total aggregate liability of DevScope LLC for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevScope LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal costs (including attorney fees) resulting from:
- The Client’s specific application or deployment of the Service on their website.
- Any violation of data privacy laws, consumer protection acts, or industry regulations by the Client.
- Disputes brought by website visitors or end-users regarding automated access decisions.
8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
DevScope reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it identifies high-risk usage patterns, fraudulent activities, or any behavior inconsistent with these Terms.
9. MODIFICATIONS
DevScope may update these Terms periodically to align with global digital standards and service updates. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this document regularly.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
