2. EXCLUSIVE B2B USE
The Service is provided exclusively to business clients (B2B). The Client’s end users interact with the AI under the Client’s direct responsibility. DevScope LLC bears no liability for the actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from any end-user interaction facilitated through the Client’s platform.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevScope LLC shall not be liable for:
