Go to Apps → Add New App in the dashboard. Enter a name and the domain you want to protect, set the minimum age requirement and verification method, and save. Your API key and embed snippet are generated immediately. Free supports 1 app; Basic supports 3; Pro supports 10; Enterprise supports 20 or more.

Yes — both successful verifications (user meets the age requirement) and failed ones (user does not) count against your monthly quota. Technical errors such as server timeouts or expired sessions do not count. You can see a full breakdown by result in Dashboard → Logs.

Go to Dashboard → Logs. Filter by date range, verification method, result (success / failed / error), or country, and export as CSV or JSON. Retention periods: 30 days on Free, 90 days on Basic, 365 days on Pro, and configurable on Enterprise.

Check that your endpoint URL is publicly reachable (not localhost) and returns a 200 status within 10 seconds. Verify the HMAC-SHA256 signature in your handler — a wrong secret silently drops events. Check the Webhooks log in your Dashboard for delivery attempts and error responses. We retry failed deliveries up to 5 times with exponential back-off (1 min → 5 min → 15 min → 1 hour → 6 hours).
